I would be okay with this I think. We have far more resources than Nebraska. He can't recruit to that place.

This right here is most impressive. Figuring out the culture, problems, what's needed is much more important factor than just picking a good football coach. I said yesterday some coaches could be on the same level but terrible for here and this solidifies that thought. I love this approach

Love this guy

If it is Kiffin it needs to stay quite as long as possible. He could get ran out of Oxford if it leaks to early. Most this stuff we hear could be smoke screens for that very reason.

I like this approach. He has attributes he wants to discuss with the team about his head coach. They will inform him on what was working and what wasn't.

The players will then see he hires a guy who fits those attributes and they now trust him and know he has their interests in mind.

I believe he has his guy unless he gets some feedback that steers him in a different direction.

And getting the team involved can settle some guys down and possibly bring some back in the fold. Brilliant.

Im gonna be ok with whoever he rolls out there as HC. He's brilliant, he has been successful, and it seems/sounds like its gonna be his choice to make.
