Jimbo Fisher was coordinator before Fla State

Sam Pittman was OL coach before Arkansas

Clay Helton was OC before USC

David Shaw was OC before Stanford

Tom Allen was DC before Indiana

I'm not convinced head coaching experience means all that much. Just hire the right guy and he will succeed. If he's the wrong guy he won't. We've been hiring the wrong guy over and over. Our AD has shown he has a knack for identifying the right guys.

Well I’m in Covid clinic. All respiratory complaints. Last week I had way fewer positive cases.
