I confess I personally never really trusted any of those men. I tried to be as positive as I could, offer support for what they were supposedly trying to do, and held onto hope that they would eventually be successful. Sometimes when I would get totally pissed at them I’d stay off of this message board for a while and sort of just text a friend. I further confess that I’m one of the ultimate second guessers, though in my own defense, those nagging doubts have thus far tended to almost always underestimate the gravity of our situation.

After AV’s drive-bys yesterday I started to get those nagging doubts and began second guessing how all this might turn out. No matter what I’m going to continue to love Tennessee football. It’s in the blood. What’s not in the blood is AV or any of the men listed above or any of the men who may come after. They are not Tennessee football no matter how delusional they may sometimes come across. The one thing that is constant and the thing that defines Tennessee football is the millions of fans. Many of those men may wish it were different but Tennessee football is much bigger than they are no matter how often and how dramatically they fail. As long as our fans endure, for good or bad, Tennessee football will go on. jmo.

He's just pissed off he nor anyone he knows was invited to the party , so they're all making sh it up and showing their sour grapes. I couldn't be happier. They don't get to rag on UT this time around for who says yes or no. Piss on them.

A continuously rolling message board for a program that has been as unstable as ours for so long is proof of that. There may not be a more dependable fan base in sports.

I feel like Media outlets that are involved in UT athletics have the best advantage in the world when it comes to clicks. That’s this fanbase. We are always reaching for straws and being upset. I feel sometimes... wait all the time, they take advantage of that. It feels good knowing this coaching search is revealing some of the idiots behind the scenes that are involved with these said outlets.
