Just because he reached out doesn't mean he is truly interested and even that doesn't mean he would take it.

I still believe we have a big name hire incoming. Just ironing out the fine details. I think the limited info getting out is driving a lot of people to take shots in the dark due to impatience.

I believe at this point we’re on target #1, either finalizing the logistics of everything or waiting for signed agreements to then begin finalizing everything.

I don’t believe for a second we’ve made multiple offers to multiple candidates, if Elliott is pulling out and staying with Clemson it’s not because he’s turning down an offer from us. It’s more likely because he isn’t interested in waiting any longer to receive one.
