I think Chadwell has a higher ceiling. It’s not based on anything other than the fact Chadwell hasn’t had the opportunities Cristobal has had. Like I said, Cristobal is a good coach. Would be our best higher in a long time. I just don’t see anything about him to get extremely psyched about.

This. Cristobal is the best name on that list and I don’t get the love. He’s not a bad coach, but it’s not like he has exactly lit it up. He had one really good season. He might succeed here, but it definitely doesn’t seem like a home run. I’d much rather have Campbell, Kiffin, or Chadwell personally.

He'd recruit well and lose to every team that is equal or less talent. He's had one good year and it was with a guy that may have had the best rookie season for a QB in NFL history.
