If the really are trotting Heupel to the podium, I hope for our sake as fans and for the team it works out.

As for the administration and boosters, especially those who like to opine it's the fans fault- the fans don't stroke the checks. It's not the fans job to run a program. That falls squarely on the administration and the boosters.

So if Hyams and crew outta Knox media, and the national guys, or even AV and his booster club want to bring up fan support etc- make sure y'all all take a hard look in the mirror and at the people running ****.

Apparently it's ok for everyone to tell us we suck, but if we say it we are being negative. Kiss my plums. Maybe, just maybe you all suck at your jobs and are too insecure to admit it, operating like a second rate G5 athletic program.

I do like the personality fit of JH. Laid back student of the game. Gives off an Andy Reid / Freddie kitchens vibe. Really interested to see his staff and how he handles the porter both outgoing and incoming. I also hope we can tap into that Midwest pipeline between Oklahoma and Memphis. I remember pulling Robert meachem out of Oklahoma.

I wouldn’t be getting to hyped on his recruiting. He is not very good at it.

Wouldn't a sitting head coach have told his old team by now and that would've leaked. Going to say its Marrone. Its been Marrone all along.

I think he’s he a pretty good track record of recruiting QBs so that’s good. But I want better than Tennessee average and I don’t see how he gets there. Maybe Steele and Garner stay on staff and that’ll help.

I also want two or three guys with experience recruiting Memphis and Nashville.

How genius would it of been to float JH, know he was sending a plane to go pick up his family in Orlando the following morning, knowing crazy vol fans would track it, and then boom! It's anyone but JH lmao okay that seems unlikely

His QB went down in one of the last game of 2018. He did plug a QB in and the team went 12-1. The QB has shown no improvement and followed it up with a 6-4 year. People thought you would take the step to be a premier QB in CFB and he went 6-4.

Dillon Gabriel had an excellent season. Wasn’t on him.
