Ha. Thanks. I honestly usually leave it up to my wife and then I go wherever.

Pensacola guy here. Miramar is nice, but man the traffic can get crazy depending on when you go. Hour+ drives just down the road to grab a bite sometimes, but certainly a lot more entertainment options than you would find here. As a parent of young kids myself I do prefer the laid back atmosphere around here or in Perdido or Orange Beach, tho. But don't come to the panhandle in June, basically monsoon season.

My daughter and her husband just moved back to Clearwater, and if we ever leave here we will probably go back there too. I really love the place..it makes me sad just thinking about it...soooo much awesome stuff to do within a few hours.
Definitely want to check it out in the future. Parents have vetoed it this trip though because of the crowd and traffic.

I love seeing some NFL influence in our program if it ends up being Kacy. He's going to know what it takes to build a nasty defense. If he ends up having a knack for recruiting we might hit the jackpot with that hire.

Can anybody think of any coaches that have jumped from the NFL to the SEC or other big programs as a DC? I'm sure there are some. But wondering how that transition went for them.

Didn’t florida have a good DC a few years back that came from the Seahawks?

We’ll see next year with Bill O’Brien and Doug Marrone coaching at Bama

Thanks for asking. My son is doing better. The 16 year old is the same. Just got bad news for the one with the tumor. (@LaagerVol I think I saw you ask a question when I checked on the computer at work. Yes, the initials were right. @VOLSONLY) Thanks everyone for the prayers! I read every name that liked the post. I appreciate you!
Been praying so hard for SM today. I still have hope.

Is it just me or do we have to know the DC tomorrow? I feel like all the announcements have been delayed by a day or two. And no way they announce Gardner today without knowing who the DC is. They are just giving us an appetizer before the main course

No more insiders. DW has put the quietus on them all. The heavy lifting has now devolved to the intuitives. Hope some work gets done tonight. I'll check back in the morning.

Galilee on vq really talking up Mack.

He’s a well known Memphis area poster & has been around for a long time. Says Mack has a great reputation with a lot of coaches in Memphis & the Whitehaven staff.
That's big, with Lane in the area we'll need someone who can keep us in it for a few of the best from that area.
