Going to circle back and make a hire we should have in the beginning.

I’ve decided to be patient and realize this whole filling of staff is gonna take place on a more methodical plodding time frame than we VN’ers would prefer.

But honestly, I’d rather them move at glacial speed and make GOOD hires that lead to long term success.

When we start seeing improvements in both offense and defense, we will quickly forget whether it took two days or two weeks to hire some of these coaches.

Don't think it's a terrible hire at all Im just not seeing it on the stat book where he had an aggressive nature. Finished mid pack in country in INTs and fumbles at UK.

Also would've rather had someone willing to recruit harder.

Would you rather cause more turnovers or hold the other team to less points? Don't lose the forest for the trees.
