No offense to Shrout, he's got amazing arm talent but has always been bad to make poor decisions trusting his arm too much. Heupel's system runs better with a QB that makes smart reads and on occasion can hit the deep ball. It's one reason the drop-off from Milton to Gabriel resulted in more losses.

I think JT will likely win the starting job at Colorado, don't think he could have here especially with Hooker coming in.

Yeah, I'm getting pretty excited, myself. It will be nice if Henry and Crouch stay; but, the LB room is filled with talent...very inexperienced, but talented.
