If Wright took Davis' spot that is probably a good thing. Wright is an NFL level athlete.

He and Banks are totally in "see it to believe it" mode for me. Neither have shown me anything on the field to make me a believer. Hopefully the staff helps them put it all together.

Banks showed me a few instincts when he played but, he lacked in running through blocks at the point of attack. They are saying he fixed that, and that was one of the biggest issues he had. Well that and he wouldn’t wrap up for some reason. So hopefully he fixed that up as well.

We go 8-4 or better next year and sign a top 10 class.
We go 9-3 or better the next year and sign a top 5 class.

We do that and I may have to change my sheets.

I don't care who wins the QB competition as long as whoever it is wins games. I just want to win on the field. We could field a team of walk-ons, and if we were winning, I'd have no complaints.

i guess if you are going by this then the 350+yards and 4 tds against North Gwinnett is that much more impressive . North had 3 guys in the secondary that are playing major d1 football, a linebacker who signed with Iowa. One thing to take into account is that his oline all 4 years was garbage , he spent more time on his back than a hooker in Amsterdam. He was injured his first couple of years if i remember correctly.

Lets let it play out, finally we have some decent qb competition going on with a qb minded coach.

Agree with that completely. I am just selfishly hoping this season we can RS Bailey and save a bit of tread. Him running the show for 2-3 seasons after getting a full year to learn everything would be huge imo.

I’m sorry for your cousin and this convo is not about her….. I feel we treat bullying in the wrong manner….. we constantly preach against bullying which we will never stop due to human nature…. We should be teaching our kids mental toughness…… faith and belief in themselves…..bullies only power is power that we give them.
I have a daughter that had absentee seizures and grew up socially awkward…. They started bullying her at school…. Instead of running down there to defend…. I told her to stand up for herself and told her things to say…. She did and never felt more pride in herself than when she took the bullies power back away from them.

This approach works well for many people but not all. We are all built differently. Not saying your approach was wrong at all as clearly it worked and you know your own daughter very well. I feel Weezer's pain. Not saying you don't.
