David Amerson needed some aloe for all those burns after that game. We need some receivers like that too.
always loved the GA Dome, not a bad seat. Cold Beer. Indoors.

Girls in front of us were hammered, that was a bit annoying, left at HT. The PoTS took over. Did circle drill.

Y'all need to get an Evo 10. I went over to my buddies yesterday and he let me drive this beast. He has put around 40k into this car. Has around 800hp.

By far the most fun I have ever had driving.
How does it handle driving over senior citizens?

THIS IS A JOKE

Austin Price stated on the Swain stated that he feels we will have one of the top offensive lines in the league…. That’s huge if it plays out that way.
I think the fact that we didn’t take or even heavily pursue any offensive linemen from the transfer portal says a lot about how Heupel and Elarbee feel about the guys in that room.

SMH..dude do you think you are the only person here who has relatives or friends with mental problems? It is because of my experiences with people on my job, and iny family that I feel the way I do about SOME of these people.

You aren't making me feel bad, so might as well give up trying, I have dealt with enough real mental illness to last me another lifetime.

It is becoming a overused crutch thanks to people like you, it has become one of the "unmentionables"...that is why it gets used so much now, if you declare your doubt in some of these claims, you are labeled a "bully"...it makes me wanna puke.

I have defended Maurer because I really believe he is troubled. The erratic behavior inherent in manic-depressives is plain to see if you know what to look for.
As someone with Bipolar I, I don’t like diagnosing someone based off off things exclusively like social media behavior, but Maurer’s behavior overall does have some serious indicators.

I have no idea if he’s sought any kind of help, but I hope he does while he’s still a part of a major college football program. Getting on top of it early and with the resources currently available to him will save him a lot of trouble down the road.

Yep. Grew up with a manic depressive mother. She used the condition intentionally for a great deal of erratic, awful episodes over many years. Refused medical treatment/medications because everybody else was the problem. As a result she became a recluse that few wanted to be around for the rest of her life including my father who stayed married to her until he passed away to shield the events and protect others. Really a highly intelligent person who used the condition to deviously attack others.

So I can spot it and several other real mental conditions in others (and myself) in an instant. I can also spot the fakers who are using the label for personal purposes reasonably well. You develop the radar for it when exposed as we were.

lmao

One, I'm not trying to make you feel bad. It's called conversation, and sharing a personal experience.

Two, people like me? Maybe I'm not the problem. If you have a problem with me, then just put me on ignore like you do everyone else. I've always thought you were a good dude, but this post has me rethinking that.

I'd rather err on the side of caution and help people rather than do something to knowingly be hurtful. You know, turn the other cheek and all.

And yeah, I'm well aware everyone has experience, and I'm not the know all, end all on the subject. In that same regard, neither are you. Pull your head out of your ass.

I’m definitely sorry for weezers loss…. I agree about different approaches to a degree except I feel that we need to teach kids about mental strength and how it has to be an individual process…. If someone saying mean words to you bothers you than it is going to be hard for you to manage on an everyday basis…. I mainly work with it as it relates to young athletes. I believe in four main thing in young athletes:
* no excuses(don’t care what it is)…. Only thing that matters is production
*listen to the message not the tone
*pressure/fear are not real things…. They come from within so control them
*There is a difference between hurt and injury…. If you are hurt then bounce up and keep playing…. If you are injured then we will get medical attention
This whole conversation started because of the Simone Biles situation. This is a young lady who was molested over a period of years by the USA Gymnastics team doctor. If you don't believe all of those girls have some kind of mental trauma because of that, then I'm not sure what to tell you. I'm fairly sure those girls are scarred for life. Maybe, just maybe, Biles thought she could handle the Olympics, but once she got there, found out she couldn't? Whatever the case, I'll give her the benefit of the doubt given what she's been through.
