Better than Ryan Leaf's predictions. 6-6 is the safest call for us, though I'm really hoping for at least 7-5. I think if Milton is just a mid-tier SEC QB it will be a huge improvement at the position over last year. Our starting talent is enough to make me think 8-4 is very doable, but we are very thin at several positions, and when was the last time we got lucky with no major injuries?

That's the rationale for considering it-- some think a bowl ban and scholarship reductions would be impact-neutral in the current climate, given our current situation. I'd rather make a different statement, but there are divided opinions that will need to coalesce soon.

Should retro-impose bowl ban from last year . Give SEC back bowl money distribution due to Covid. We claimed Covid so we still got a share.

Is the NCAA stupid enough to believe that? Maybe they are. But we all know that firing Beldar and his band of idiots and forcing Fulmer into retirement was not some self-imposed punishment to the program. Anyone who watched the team at all last year knows this. Unless they went into a coma at halftime against UGA.

We didn’t fire everyone and then nuke the program by investigating ourselves. We nuked the program and then fired everyone involved with cheating. And by doing it that way, it looks as if we were firing everyone for that reason and not because our coach and his staff sucked.

I dont think anyone has a clue at just how good we can be.

It seems the QB play can effect the entire game. Bad passing leads to bad rushing, then onto an exhausted defense. That's not counting the turnovers and opponent's defensive TD's.

If any of our QB's can just manage the offense successfully, I think we'll see a completely improved team. If our QB turns out to be a gamer, we can do some pretty surprising things.

Yes, Saturday will be game-week Monday. I'm fairly certain a QB has been named, internally. I don't think these guys would go into game week, in a new system for all players, and not have a QB1 named.

My football host made me sleep on a floor with no blanket and I never even considered them again. Haha
