Do they even realize he may very well be QB3? The whole HB stanning thing is just weird to me. They're all UT QBs. Wish whoever playing the very best and get behind him. That shouldn't be hard as a fan...

People fall in love with what they want a recruit to become. It’s like trying to convince yourself that girl is perfect for you because she looks great even when the crazy starts to come out more and more.

I’m saying we should do something unique and not blatantly copy a rival.

For example, in the upper deck we could build a water slide. So when the team lays eggs the fans can jump into that tunnel slide and it will take us all the way to the Tennessee River. Boom, cool off and beat the traffic at the same time.

The program is at the make or break it stage IMO. With increased outlays for "fan experiences" comes expectations on the field as well. People don't pay high ticket prices and donations for preferred seating to watch bad football no matter the light shows, music, jumbotrons and fireworks.

Vol fans want their tradition upheld and wins on the field where the team competes at a high level. We want them to give their all for Tennessee. They value the Vol walk and running through the T. But even that is not enough. You know this because when they are losing as they have been the attendance drops significantly not only for the older adults and the bandwagon fans - but with the students as well. If the football is bad, the students stop going. You cannot music, light show, and firework your way to higher attendance. It may be an enhancement when you are winning and have a good product on the field.

Would love to see the UT/AD's cost/benefit analysis. Wonder how much downside risk they factored in for the enhancements. Some season ticket holders/donators don't like what they have done in recent years - now this. Whatever.

I just want to see the team win again.

I don’t think we are close enough to Bama or UGA either - but are we really THAT far off? Last year we played with UGA for a half. In 2019 we were right there with Bama until JG went rogue and the officials made some horrendous calls.

I think we might be downplaying how bad the coaching really was. The UGA game was literally a tale of two half’s. It was the same players for that whole game.

Not saying we will beat them, but it isn’t like we don’t belong on the same field.

You can choose not to comply. My mom subs at Riverdale HS and she said that kids are being contact traced and told to stay home for 7 days. Then they just show back up the next day and there are so many of them the school can't do anything about it.

Viva la resistance.

Don’t want to get derailed in here, but kids are getting sent home left and right, several from FB team for “contact”; all while the kid that was sent to school while waiting for test results, that ended up positive, returned before kids sent home for exposure! Total cluster F!!

I got you a little bit bc I was curious...

Alontae on one side of the field and will jam and get physical with one* receiver with a safety help over the top. Other side has a safety and corner who are responsible for the other half of field deep with a LB covering underneath (Banks?). So I think Alontae being physical and being his size at corner is a perfect fit to be the corner responsible for half bc he is supposed to jam the receiver.

AP said in practice yesterday, the offensive line got beat a few times...now it's 3rd and long..Mighty Joe rolled out and threw a 75yd bomb to Hyatt in stride for a TD

Similar issues here in Rutherford County. Two of my daughters were "contact traced". However, they both went to school for multiple days after the "contact" before we were notified. They both now have to miss days of school even though they have no signs or symptoms. The arbitrary nature of the "contact tracing" policy is frustrating.
