I just looked up BJ Emmons and he is looking at Louisville and East Carolina... are you kidding me!? The kid is 235 and runs down hill.. This is precisely what we need, a big thumper back... cannot believe we are not all over him. We have scat backs...none that can move the line on 3rd and 1....

Pruitt 100 percent needs to be in knoxville from henceforth if hes the man. Forget the exposures crap, were Tennessee we don’t need that. And well get the exposure anyway.

Weak sauce to let him coach out. He probably gets a bonus if Bama wins out though.

But if we truly think he’s going to win us championships him coaching at another school for an extra month shouldn’t be a deal breaker IMO.

What's going on?

A million things out there. From there's hang up's on staffing, to Pruitt doesn't have an offer and Fulmer hasn't offered the job to anyone. One person says simply it just takes time to get it done. Someone else says it's not going to happen.

Rumblings of Fulmer and Davenport seeing some mystery candidate. Got a source who's been pretty good who say's that's false. Another says it's true.

So no, nothing really concrete at this point. And everyone seems to be kind of all over the place right now.

It's why we aren't jumping out there with anything at this point.

We are all just continuing to work the phones and see what we can find.

Right now, it doesn't feel like any deals are really close to be done. That obviously can change quickly.

Guys I got this . I called Phil and told him the solution . He is going to call Saban and tell him:

" Hey short stuff how's it hangin'? Look it is breaking our hearts that hiring your DC may adversely affect your chance of winning another national championship. So we are going to send Bobby Shoop over to finish out the year. Anything for you lil guy."

Yeah, I want to think they won't screw this up but they've proven more than a few times that they can.
