As more facts about this case that come out the more I wonder why prosecutors pursued this case.

They needed the texts to be brought into evidence that the TNSC affirmatively ruled on last year.

What you posted is a cleaned up version of what actually happened after the legal process essentially finished. More happened than that report stats per "an unnamed source" present during the aftermath. Doesn't matter to me whether anybody believes it or not.

I thought they ruled in AJ's favor in regards to the texting? Also, does AJ have any recourse as it relates to wrongful prosecution?

I don't have any rules that I can site but I have always understood the rule to be that while the NCAA frowned on it you could mention players transferring , juco players, etc. as long as the coach mentioning them had no contact with the player, was not recruiting them, and the coach was willing to forego recruiting the player in the future.

Tell me, what's the difference between Lane Kiffins interview and the entire coaching broadcast that spoke about their opinion on the game and players? Or even weekly press conferences where coaches directly talk about the other team and it's players by name?

He's listed at 6'7 on the website now.

Not sure when that update took place, or if he may still be growing?

I'm late to the conversation but UT's website had him listed at 6'4 on Thanksgiving day - we had a big discussion about it.

He's listed at 6'7 on the website now.

Not sure when that update took place, or if he may still be growing?

There are some quotes somewhere(don't know where) that he did in fact grow over the off season. He just turned 19 so he is a very young sophomore.

I don't think he was ever listed at 6-ft-4

I don't see how anyone can prove anything unless AJ says Williams raped her and AJ let it happen. She was having sex in the room with AJ while 2 other people were watching. The Lawn girl leaves and Williams is left in the room with AJ and the accuser. It's their word versus hers and she was already having consensual sex with one of the men she is accusing of raping her and in front of the other man she is accusing of raping her.

hey, as a former college student and single guy that had room mates....beer boxes and liquor bottles were required home decor. also had christmas lights on the balcony year round.

i was very proud of hte fact that i contributed the overwhelming majority of the 1.75l Jack Daniels bottles to the cause.

I have read where coaches have sanctioned by the NCAA for communicating with former players they coached/recruited at thier former schools.

Can you show me this rule?

Bob Shoop kept in contact with a lot of UT players while he was coaching at Penn State. JRM comes to mind.
