The gender dynamics in it are interesting. Womens circles, Aei Sedai, wise women, the Atha An Miere. He definitely had a thing for powerful women.

I have read a number of those books, but stopped, probably 15 years ago. Just reading his name makes me want to go back, start over and read the old ones and the new ones.

Yeah, I don't know if Brust even writes that series anymore, but when I read the first book, Jhereg, back around 1980, I thought it was the coolest SciFi/Fantasy series I had ever read.
