Man I can't believe how often the media has to surround Coach Pruitt and ask him the same handful of questions over and over again.

I feel like we get a real bland interview like that every couple of days. That's too much in the middle of May. I guess it's cool to get to know Pruitt a little more. But all I've learned about him is that he hates dumb questions. And he gets a lot of those. That seems like half his job so far.

Would be cool if they asked him some personal stuff about his past coaching days. What it was like being on 2 a days? Whats his family is like? Have they found any time to settle in Knoxville? Get him talking about his playing days. What's Jalen Ramsey like in person?

I don't know. Anything different. Something to get him excited and talking. Who is the weirdest coach on staff?

It's always like "hey coach how do you handle expectations for recruiting and the changing landscape of the college football qualifier that is so tough in the Atlanta metro area and how do you navigate all that pressure?" And I can feel Pruitt being like what!? And it just seems like a waste of time for everybody. He's not the president. I don't get why they even talk to him so much. It's the off-season. He can't talk specifics about recruiting. That's all we care about at this point. Why are we here?? Lol

Sorry for the rant. Just something that has been bugging me.

Most likely to not technically be in the state of Tennessee.

That might be Chattanooga. The state of Georgia filed suit against the state of Tennessee several years ago claiming surveyors screwed up over 200 years ago and the state line is supposed to be one mile North of where it is. They want access to the Tennessee River. That would take a chunk of Chattanooga out of Tennessee. I think I read recently HE is trying to get a commission formed to make it happen. I can't imagine that it will happen, but it looks like they are feuding over water.

Georgia has almost no natural water resource. It's pretty much on giant rock with no way to store water. So yes access to the Tennessee River would say them a lot. I say keep it away from them though it's our river and they can't have it

And they were dumb enough to let coca-cola bottle and sell their water to everyone else at the same cost to Coca-Cola as general tap water is for an area resident.

They are water short, for sure, especially from expansion and droughts, BUT a ton of their problems are self-inflicted and completely solvable. Coke won't like being told to stop selling Atlanta's water source commercially but it would solve a lot of problems for them.

What Georgia wants from the courts is to be able to say "We sold and are continuing to sell our water to Coke. We don't have any water because of it so give us Tennessee's."

Never happen.

oh, forgot about scallops. mmm. and they're easy. i do a blackened seasoning in a pan, with some oil or butter. just gotta be careful not to overcook.

and you gotta get the big fat ones. screw those little ones. they suck.

and calamari. love good calamari. lightly fried, don't make it too tough, otherwise it's like chewing on rubber bands, but when it's done right....hard to beat.

Good calamari is the bomb.
