:eek:lol: looks like he's wearing a Flyers jersey...appropriate.

Saquon is a beast but no way I’m taking a RB at the top of the draft. Not worth it imo

I can see that, but how many teams do you think wish they would have taken Kamara in the first last year? I think Barkley is the same type of player

johnny manziel wasn't known the way he is now until late in his career at aTm. baker hasn't had the same issues johnny had off the field, but they're both undersized, white, and have a flare for the dramatic on and off the football field.

i don't think it's a huge leap to say one reminds you of the other.

Manziel got busted with the fake id thing his freshman season. All was good for most of his Heisman year but stories were rampant about his partying. That carried over til he sold autographs the next summer and got suspended BEFORE the season...along with reports of him blowing off practice and being an overall douche. He was a known quantity pretty early.

I see that point but it also kind of makes mine too. You can get great value at RB in the 2nd-4th rounds. This year especially imo

I just don’t think you build a championship level team by drafting offensive skill players in the top 20 or so. You draft defense, OL, or a QB and then pick up your skill guys later.

If I’m Cleveland I draft my QB at 1 and then either Nelson or Chubb at 4. Get your guy and build your trenches.

So according to ESPN Tennessee has the second highest amount of QBs drafted in the last 10 years

nah he wont go #1, they'll get Barkley at 1, and can still get mayfield at 4.....Giants will take Darnald, but this is Cleveland we are talking about though.....

Exactly. This is Cleveland that we're talking about.

They've found a way to screw up drafting a QB every. single. time. since they were brought back to the league.

There's a certain amount of arrogance that an NFL quarterback has to have, so I understand why people are okay with Mayfield, he definitely isn't lacking for confidence. However, his ego is a little much for me. It's just a personal preference. He's too much of a wild card.

I like Rosen. He's got the ego, no doubt, but he seems like all he's interested in is being a QB, not a celebrity like Mayfield. And the recent article I read about him preferring to play on the road (reminds me of Clausen) because the trash talk and the added pressure motivates him even more makes me believe he's got the intangibles and mental toughness to be successful in the league.

JMO.

Like Manziel? Baker is a better overall QB, but this isn't college and he will get his arse whipped if he does not go into this a little more humble than he seems to be headed. It will definitely interesting to see how he turns out...

I get what you’re trying to say about the cockiness, but that’s where the comparison stops. Baker is nothing like Johnny other than that.

On the surface. One must look deeper.

Mayfield is a little brash for my taste too, but I think it’s unfair and lazy to characterize him as “manziel like”.
