-Pruitt and co already met with Freeze.
-we got bailey to commit, i don’t see any big time QB commiting somewhere where they don’t know who their OC is gonna be.
-vol media has already been name dropping Freeze a little more.
-we haven’t heard anything else really about Lindsey or other names.

There is just too much smoke right now. That’s i think it’s happening.

They’ve not given out any info. I still think Lindsey was #1 from what I was told until the idea of Freeze wouldn’t be blocked by league or power players and so they checked it out. I agree we should know something soon. I’d like a tomorrow announcement for something with CBS to talk about Saturday.

Why? For giving his opinion? That's what people in his profession are supposed to do. So what if it is disagreement with some. It's a very valid concern. And if Freeze has really changed as some are hoping, he will understand Ainge's concern a lot more than some here apparently do. We are being inconsistent at best.

Listening to Hubbs on with Hyams today, I really think Freeze is a good possibility. Both of them were defending Freeze and saying they wouldn’t have any problem if Pruitt hired him, even when regular callers were calling into say they wanted someone with more integrity (like Fulmer, who never cheated according to one guy). If H&H thought there was no chance of Freeze coming they would be shooting this idea down.

Both of them said they hadn’t heard anything to corroborate the report on Drinkwitz from NCSU, which makes me think it was something put out there by an agent.
