Listening to Hubbs on with Hyams today, I really think Freeze is a good possibility. Both of them were defending Freeze and saying they wouldn’t have any problem if Pruitt hired him, even when regular callers were calling into say they wanted someone with more integrity (like Fulmer, who never cheated according to one guy). If H&H thought there was no chance of Freeze coming they would be shooting this idea down.
Both of them said they hadn’t heard anything to corroborate the report on Drinkwitz from NCSU, which makes me think it was something put out there by an agent.
I still really don't like Freeze just personality and PR-wise. That may change if we're launching bombs to go up 14-0 in the first quarter against anyone outside of Bama and Georgia. But second chances aside, you can't claim to be a God-fearing Christian man and have hookers on speed dial.
You lost me after you said Listening to Trey Wallace.People on this board have said Pruitt was interested in Freeze last year. Don't think Pruitt has to be talked into Freeze. Listening to Trey Wallace on Fox Sports Knoxville and they said Hugh Freeze and Gus Malzahn are best friends. That and if Locksley takes the Maryland job and leaves Bama are my primary concerns.
You would be suprised what a lot of Christian men do. People make mistakes. We are all human. Even the best people have thoughts of infidelity. Some just choose to act and others don't. You don't have to be perfect to be a Christian.
