I haven't delved into it or watched the video. Just caught a whiff of the story this morning. My point was more focused on the "We investigated, he was untruthful" part.

I saw "Wedding Crashers" accidentally. I bought a ticket for "Grizzly Man" and went into the wrong theater. After an hour, I figured I was in the wrong theater, but I kept waiting. Because that's the thing about bear attacks, they come when you least expect it.

My thoughts: assuming this Freeze Love is real, There is no way in hell that Fulmer is gonna let some politician block a hire he and his head coach agree on hiring.

So either Freeze is our next OC, or we are about to be searching for a new AD, and probably a new head coach.

The “board” doesn’t get a vote on something like this. Of course, individual members can make their opinions known, but the decision is 100% on Fulmer and Pruitt.

Be careful with some of this stuff. People have pushed the narrative for a year that Fulmer beat back the Haslams, so now the boogeyman if something doesn’t go their way is the board.

I thought contracts over a certain amount had to be bot signed off on.

Fair enough. Really stupid (and not good) for him to get in an altercation with this girl, but I would not describe what he did as “brutal,” etc.

Also, not “domestic violence,” as far as I can tell, because it sounds like she was just a random girl partying with his crew or something. It is annoying to see people referring to this as “domestic violence.” (I could have the facts wrong on that, but it doesn’t appear that anybody is reporting that this girl was in any kind of a relationship with him.)

Seriously. the usual roller coaster. Went all the way to the top with one report that the new OC was on campus back down to the bottom that the big guns BOT want sign off on it.
