But you can't be #4 and lose and get in. If you're #1 and lose to #4 in a close game I can see an argument.

But if you're #4 and you lose.... while Oklahoma beat a ranked Texas team by double digits... then you have to put Oklahoma in.

No, they don’t. They had this game in the palm of their hands and choked it away. They would do the same in the playoffs.
