Bc he is dying for the job. It’s why he hasn’t full on interviewed with another job. It’s why we haven’t really dug into other candidates. I said freeze announcement today which i still think it’s possible but until pruitt/fulmer/BOT/ etc. feel they know every teeny tiny detail from his past they will keep digging.

I think he'd take the Bama job in a heartbeat and probably the AU job also. he and Malzahn are buddies.

If anyone thinks that any of the schools looking to hire Freeze can beat us in the amount of money they are willing to shell out for Freeze they are insane.

Auburn won’t and Alabama has no need.

I already have so much respect for ATL but if he hits the nail on the head then I don’t want to hear anyone bad mouthing him, hopefully this is the pr stuff he was talking about

I'm going with glass half full. VQ guys have been building for Freeze for a week. Price on the Nation last night gives almost 2 segments solely to Freeze. Then today, they are all negative. Come on. While things could have changed, they are not disconnected from real sources up on the Hill. A few of the legit insiders on here haven't yet moved on from Hugh. But, if Lindsey and Freeze are off the table, and let's say Enos is as well. Who do we 'reset' to as VQ is trying to tell us.

Why does his relationship with Gus keep coming up? Gus is a dead man walking and there’s no way Freeze would want to go there with that kind of tension. The first sign of trouble and the fans would start clamoring for Freeze to take over and unlike our spineless, fickle Admin, their admin would actually do it! If they are friends, he knows that.

Malzahn is on a dead man walking contract, which is why Lindsey May be leaving... no one is signing on for that. It’s like when Wilcox left here...no one was coming on with Dooley Bc he, like gus, probably won’t be around.

Then locksley may not even be leaving bama, Maryland power players don’t want him Bc of his pst incidents at NM... so either he or enos will be OC at bama imo.

Just be patient. Freeze is ok with waiting which is all that matters. Until freeze takes a real interview with someone else... just relax.

He'd probably choose a HC job in the SEC, especially at AU, over his buddy. jmo

We can't relax because we have been on this roller coaster with UT to many times, and we all know how it always ends.
