The last couple of seasons the University has offered the "Vol Pass" for basketball. Its essentially a season ticket but you don't have the same seat every week. A few days before the game, you get an email and you jump on the site and select your seat(s). Obviously the best seats go first so the quicker you get on line the better your seats.

Anyway, the University is offering the Vol Pass for football. $280/ticket for the season is pretty dang good with no donation required.

Theoretically it will be leftover seats - so my question would be: what happens if the demand is so high for a certain few games that they run out of seats?

They'll reserve the number of tickets sold. Say they're 10k sold and they're are 20k seats available. They'll keep trying to sell tickets until 10k are all that's left and then they'll turn them loose to the 10K vol pass holders.

Yea. They're trying to presale the Tix that are not already spoken for (season Tix). It worked for BB. They actually sold the Vol Pass out for BB this past season.
