The only time the media has picked the Vols correctly in the SEC East was in 2015, when they finished second behind Florida in the division. Tennessee hasn't met its preseason hype in any of the last three seasons.

Any thoughts/theories on why it has been so slow to get defensive lineman in the boat? Is it just because it is a premier position and the players know they will have options late into the Fall? You can’t pressure the players with “your filling up”? Is Rockers recruiting prowess not on the same level as other position coaches?
