This is a 1-11 team. You can't flip the mindset during the season, especially not when they're receiving weekly beatdowns. It's a complete and total disaster.

Our only hope is a massive improvement at QB that can spark a fire under the entire offense. Defense is likely a lost cause because there's no leadership.

That’s a bit dramatic. If the kids can stay positive and just play, they can win 6 games. Just had to play 2 true freshman at LB and DB and entirely new DL. Of course, JG has to improve, but he can win games like Auburn last year.,

He won those games with 50/50 balls. We need a game manager at QB not a lottery player. I’m sour on him at the moment. The fourth down play still is replaying in my mind. How do you not put it in the field of play 😡

Most that DL is sadly from -this- staff, I am questioning a first time HC knowing wth to do to prepare his team.

I think cross training at every position isn’t smart, how many guys were swapped out on both LOS this game? How can ya learn a possession you’re getting limited snaps at playing?

I think Kennedy & Trey were the only 2 OL that weren’t swapping positions during the game.
Settle on your starters and go from there. Stop trying to practice during actual games. Let Banks learn how to play LB in practice first.

When we have a bad loss, I like to go and find another team who had a worse loss than we did and it makes me feel a little bit better. Today, that is impossible. This is the worst Tennessee loss ever and I have never been more discouraged about our future as a football program.
So we got that going for us

I agree about the cross training. That being said I think it is done more out of necessity to mask deficiencies and depth issues. Many times I felt the defensive lineman were in positions to make plays they just couldn’t. How many times did we think we were gonna sack their QB to lose containment and him scramble for 7 or 8 yards? How many times did their offensive lineman push our defensive lineman backwards and their RB’s fall forward for 2 or 3 more yards?
