Yep. In fact, we specifically drove to Upper Green River Lake with a 1998 Honda Accord 4-door sedan. If you have ever driven the North Ford Road in Glacier National Park from Polebridge north to Kintla or Bowman Lakes, that road is probably rougher than the Forest Service road to Green River Lake. (Incidentally, my Facebook profile photograph [Doug Schmittou] was taken from the head of Green River Lake, overlooking Squaretop Mountain.) In both cases, you are taking about incredibly remote country.
