After robbing a train they may take in the opera
Prayers sent.
Prof, I bought my Samsung Tizen TV on special at BB, and, subsequently one for my inlaws in Murrville.
There was an option to choose the TV using my phone, rate it against others (still went and put eyes on in person), and speak to person half my age who didnt know crap.
Anyway, BB app allows you to 'hang the TV' on the wall to see the specs. Using phones camera, you can visualize (for those who have 0 spatial awareness), the TV on wall.
I would recommend nothing less than 50", UHD 4K.
I believe you can pay BB $50-100 to have TV delivered to your door, and, installed professionally.
Depending on if you use traditional cable versus streaming will dictate smart versus non.
My experience with TV's, is similar to other electronics. Software overlay slows the processing speed down largely making for herky jerkiness. Smart TV's are just Iphones for technologically illiterate (I own one).
Apple TV's are overly complex and UI is horrible, iyam. Roku is trimmed down, sleek, and easy to use. Roku express is about $25.
Hope that helps.
You in Knoxville? If you just need one quick and want to save some $, that pawnshop I got my little laptop from has quite a few TVs pretty cheap. May be worth stopping by there to see if they have anything you like.Oooh awesome. I don't need a big one. The one in our bedroom is in the 29-32+ inches range (I think). I'd like to get us one that streams his Netflix, Disney+, Prime etc. easily if I can but I will probably be a bit rushed because I need to wait until my parents get back from out of town so that's only going to give me a few days to shop. Even so, I'm hoping I can get something relatively cheap since I recently replaced an ipad he dropped and kinda need to let our funds replenish but I think that that size is doable.

Well they didn't wear those suits to rob trains. That would be ridiculous. They wore their train robbin suits to rob trains. You can't go to the opera in your train robbin suit.
