I respected his speculation that JacketVol is AtlantaVol but I didn’t agree with the latter part of his post about AtlantaVol. I’m pretty bad for that. I’ll try to do better @Ulysees E. McGill lol

I get that. No one was going to replace John Ward, he was one of a kind and has been the best play by play man in my lifetime. But Kesling didn't have any radio play by play experience calling football, if I'm remembering that correctly. Like I said earlier, he was the sports anchor for WBIR, a Knoxville TV station, and has that same unimaginative mindset. John Ward might have mentored Kesling but Bob should have not been his successor. The Tennessee Volunteers deserves a better "Voice".

I remember Kesling on WBIR, mostly because of the kibble pick (where they had the puppy do the pick of that weeks game ). I always looked at him as the bridge to the rightful radio caller. Sorta like finding the right coach. There was absolutely no one that was John, no one that helped us feel like we were at the game on radio. I didn’t think he would still be here after all this year.

Ohio State Tennessee Championship would be like 77-70 type. Although their defensive coordinator is legit and Day isn’t a slouch play caller so Idk. I’d feel better about playing Alabama or Georgia. They’re better matchups

He absolutely amd totally sucks at his job. I don't think anybody despises him, they despise they we are stuck with the most boring, uninspired and unimaginative announcer in CFB after having the GOAT before him.
