That’s not a penalty…. The defender was within 1 yard of the LOS…. The rule is for defenders behind the line that leap over the line or uses a teammate to propel themselves upward.

My fault. I thought if you hurdled or used
the OL players as leverage to push yourself self up, over and through that it was a penalty. I thought you had to go through, between, around the edge or jump up while in front of the line of scrimmage (unless you got legal penetration) in order to legally block a FG or extra point.
