Scenario- beat UGA. Lose to Bama in SEC Champ game. TN/Bama/UGA all with one loss. Do you feel confident committee would leave out UGA or Bama for playoff?

Yes if we have an undefeated regular season we are 100% locked into the playoffs regardless of SECC outcome

Something I’ve noticed is how important first down is for Tennessee. Seems like if we have a positive play on first down we have a very good fluid drive… if we have a negative first down play then the offense sputters and is harder to find rhythm

1. I still can’t get over how terrible UKs game plan was on offense yesterday. It was almost like they didn’t trust Levis.

2. I’m worried about next week, but only because of my own superstition. I put a TV on our back porch before the season started. It’s now 8-0. My daughter’s birthday party is next Saturday from 1-3. Pay just turn it on and leave it playing while we are gone haha.

Pumping gas in my east Arkansas hometown after church this morning. A passing truck with Tennessee tags notices my orange, locks his brakes and pulls in so we could rejoice together, man this feels so good and it was good to meet a fellow vol this morning.

It’ll knock bama out of the playoffs but then we’ll have to hope for some upsets in the other conferences.

If we go 12-0 but lose in the SECC game I’m pretty confident we’ll be in the playoffs

I wanna see the fly-over too. How low did they get to the stadium?

They were pretty low but it happens quick and hard to truly gauge. What struck me was they clearly throttled up right as they passed over, at least it seemed audible to me they stepped on the gas….and then the sound vibrations were just incredible to feel as they exited. Like your bones were vibrating…very cool moment.
