Except I remember your unit size is really small as a percentage of your balance. You’re doing just fine 🙃

@Glitch

Not sure the story on your avatar, but saw this milling around the Sportmans Warehouse here in the Boro and started laughing out loud:

I was heading out to cut the grass one day and posted a picture of myself in my official dork suit. I have since added a nice touch with a long sleeved sun shirt and of course gloves.

Some posted the picture that is now my avi saying I should get one of those too. 😆

What a dweeb.

Ok, I know we have been discussing tv’s. I am getting ready to purchase one. Which one does everyone recommend? It would be mainly for streaming. I’ve been looking at the Amazon Fire Tv, but I’m not sure how they compare to the rest. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Tv buying season is over. We are now in game week mode.

I'm one to talk. Ol four eyes over hurr.

Not the biggest fan of Danny’s comments. I get their family is tight with the Auburn AD but glass houses and all that. The UT admin/booster base has been the poster child of dysfunction for a long time.

I realize things have turned around since he got here, and I’m hoping like hell DW is super successful during his tenure. However, he’s naive if he thinks the same thing can’t happen to him at this place if his programs aren’t successful. Comments seemed a little out of touch imo. I’m sure not all will see it that way.

I'm scared of our offense and I'm a Tennessee fan. . . can't imagine what the opponents must be thinking, 😆.

SEC DC's already starting their game prep for UT.

I suspect this is true, particularly teams you face every season. When GT ran the option offense, UGA's defense spent time on that every fall camp and one day every week during the season. It seemed like a waste for one game, but I started to notice that it also helped when other teams used anything similar for a play or two.

In this case, defenses will mainly work on lining up quickly (no more celebrating or talking trash after the tackle) and in a good (not necessarily perfect) coverage formation. The added advantage is that it potentially helps any time you see a hurry-up two minute offense. They obviously won't be able to fully replicate Tennessee's offensive strategy and tempo, but there will probably be fewer plays where the defense is milling about at the snap.

Beta. Auburn did his boy dirty and he’s got his back.

Im sure they are friends but sometimes things like this can come back to bite you. People in high positions seem to hold grudges and have the ability to make it hurt.

Question for you nerds. In need of a VPN. Nord or PIA ?
I went with Nord. Reasonable cost. Good reputation with what seemed like trusted security reviewers. I only occasionally notice a slowdown, and just switch servers, which resolves it. I leave it on most of the time because I forget to turn it off. Because of this, I can say that streaming has worked just fine with it on. Interestingly, I can still connect to my hospital VPN through VMware Horizon without a hiccup while running the NordVPN on my machine (though Horizon did balk when I specified a foreign server just to see what would happen.) The plan I got has a companion smartphone app that I use occasionally as well. I've been happy with it.

While we're wallowing in dorkdom, I have to recommend 1Password if anyone is in the market for a password manager. I have been using it since 2009 or so, when all my gmail contacts got a spam email from me and I discovered that my gmail account had last been logged into from central Beijing. I had a security freakout and ended up with 1Password. Now I don't know any of my important passwords - they are all 20 to 70-digit random strings. You can also incorporate two-factor authentication codes so that they will automatically fill for some sites. Seamless updates to all your devices when you change a password entry. You can share individual passwords or password libraries with family members (they all get updates when you change a streaming service password, for example), along with lots of capabilities that I don't even use. Good browser integration and a well-designed stand-alone app. Small company, amazingly responsive to customer problems and ideas, and very focused on security. Well-reviewed. I've been super impressed over the years.
