That’s where I kind of disagree with him a bit. Hes right that the conferences could and should revenue share, but 10-15k per player won’t do anything. Heck, SMU players have an NIL collective that pays all of them 35k/year or something like that. Even if you do find that sweet spot money wise to give it’s still not going to put a huge dent in free agency imo. He goes more in depth on the subject in the actual pod.

You are correct my friend but there are a bunch that would want to come to The Hill and play for this staff and this fan base. Exposure is what many are looking for and you can get it here plus I think we have seen this year that these players have been coached up so that is something many want and need because for a college player playing on Saturday is great but playing Sunday is the goal.

No, they don't, but I think this is another place where program culture will affect the outcome. If you've built a team of mercenaries, you will die by that same sword. If you've built your program from other stuff, you likely weather it better. Hopefully we have.

Not true. We don't sub during drives, but they do like using more receivers during the course of the game. It's been about trust here so far, but if you look at their time at UCF, they used a much larger rotation. They have stated this multiple times in interviews, and Heupel mentioned trust in regards to playing time again last night on Vol Calls.

Players can’t gain trust unless they’re given opportunities though

With the season he's had, how can anyone say with a straight face that Rattler is better than Hooker at anything? I mean, MAYBE Rattler does have better arm talent, I really have no idea, but you couldn't tell it from this season. All the hype for guys like Rattler and Levis, and most of VN correctly predicted pundits were talking out of their ass. For all the supposed "potential" they have, they've yet to tap into it on the football field.
