Remember all the hate we got for the “fire banks.” Good times.

I was getting hate for Banks and Martinez and their excuse was always he coached Mosley and Sutton. GA celebrated when Martinez was fired ,they hated him and now I know why. Who was our DB under Butch who gave up 2 winning TDs late against the Gators in 2015-17. It was Martinez and in 2016 at Ga before Dobbs hail mary.

Mostly my heart hurts for Hendon Hooker. Hopefully it’s not a torn ligament and he can work on rehab & recovery so he’s 100% for the combine.

Agreed. Assuming we can get it back together next week. Still a sugar bowl and an 11 win season in the table whick everyone of us would have taken that in a heartbeat in August, especially with the wins we've gotten this year.

We did blitz a time or two and still didn’t get there.

Hate to have to say it, but J Banks was the key to the blitzes. At least that's the way it always seemed to me. Also his lateral pursuit and tackling sideline to sideline. The DBs have not wrapped up all year.

I thought Beasley played well against the run. I thought Roman Harrison played pretty well. Baron had moments, big O had moments, Terry, same. I didn't think Mitchell played poorly.

Not having banks out there mattered and our safeties and CB's we're terrible....

It felt like we playing with 4 units. Front 7, secondary, offense, special teams.

I just don't get the Butch vibe from this. I will wait and see when there are more to go on than rumors. We are all jumping the gun, myself included. But I think we all saw the issues with Butch early and just wanted to ignore them. i don't see the same issues with Heupel.
