I wonder if there is an SEC rule though.

Nonetheless, Pitt can’t sell out its lower bowl because I got 3 tickets through their ticket office in lower level at roughly the 10-15 yard line.

Yep…I was a little surprised. But I gladly paid just a bit more for lower level. Sounds like we will have a nice turnout.
