I just want to beat Florida for right now but I’m letting myself dream about getting to see the Vols in the Sugar Bowl for the first time in over 3 decades. Long way to go yet but our best shot since 2016.

Heupel will have a chance to show us that he's the guy this week. Pressure is on, but you have to thrive in these situations, Butch is coaching ARST right now because he couldn't handle it. I know some of the fanbase get nervous about this stuff, but if we want to win a title again then we'll have to go through multiple of these type of games a year to get there. Florida is the lowest of bars left to clear.

Good post. Nail on the head. I have lots of BVS this week, but this is the moment, and opportunity for Coach Hype. Here's hoping he clears this bar easily Saturday.

That's why I said last night that I wanted them to end up winning against USF.

The win due to USF collapse doesn't make them any better. They kept a top 20 ranking. It would only make UT's win look better, and UF's loss to us more painful as we are the ones that knock them out of the top 25.

They won due to USF collapse. Steal their confidence, teach them to rely on luck, and we'll take care of the rest.
