How does one practice? Fascinating.I can lucid dream pretty well after years of practicing and can end up in those once a month or so. Other times I'm too aware and wake myself.
I've also had a TON of inception leveling recently, where I "wake up" about 2 or 3 different times, but each time still dreaming. Those are a little wacky.
Hubbs said on the radio they have no idea what the corner from OM is going to do.
There are many tricks and probably a modern google search would field best practices these days. There are plenty of online communities building shared knowledge on it.How does one practice? Fascinating.
Give me a ball point pen on a hard board at the Dr's office or wherever, or an electronic pen ..and I look like I never have written in my life.
Seriously. my penmanship is like a 10 YO these days.
Perfection
I’m not talking it out of existence. Just acknowledging it doesn’t exist just yet. He’s in class in Knoxville, Monday? We’re all happy.
The tweet was today. Ole Miss insiders acknowledging he’s on UT’s directory is a couple of days old. Him being on UCLA’s campus is today also. And your last 3 ’s would have Neyor on last season’s roster…instead of enrolled in Austin. And I wasn’t talking it into existence, just stating what’s easily accessible that, to my knowledge, had not been posted. I’d trust that nugget, regardless of what it entails, over the clowns on Twitter that are working on behalf of the biggest troll to ever have an internet connection.
We know he’s applied to UT
We know he’s not applied to UCLA
As with all internet users, that means…
This should be a link to the game:View attachment 533127
Let’s go Lady Vols!!!
There's a pen debate that I missed? Fountain pens are the absolute best. Don't hit me with those newfangled rollerballs.
In all seriousness, I have a fountain pen addiction and yes, I can stab a b#tch with a few of them. I just got my very first cutomized nib (you can have them ground for different types of writing) and it's super fun to write with. So much of everything is digital now that using a fountain pen feels almost grounding and I say that as someone who is definitely a techie. I have found that people really do appreciate a handwritten note these days. They feel special.
I thought I had read he missed the deadline for applying for winter at UCLA already. He wanted to go somewhere where he could nail down a spot immediatly.UT admitted Igbinosun as a transfer. He has to register for classes no later than Monday. He's at UCLA now on an OV and will stay through tomorrow. He submitted paperwork at UT early in the week. He could still apply and enroll at UCLA on the same timeline.
UCLA will make a push because they need a CB and have a spot to take one. They have a JUCO CB who just visited and is ready to commit, so given the timing, it won't drag out. It's going just like it was going to go.
Sorry it’s getting full down here also. Thanks to Thunder’s Highland peopleM'boro defiantly does not have a small town feel any longer. It takes 20-30 minutes to drive 3-4 miles down Medical Center Blvd to get past The Avenue. We live in Blackman it's the amount of new contraction, both residential and apartment seems to be never ending. It's getting that Alpharetta/Marietta feel to it. I hate it, I moved here for the smaller feel, but it's getting too big. I may keep going SE toward Chattanooga in a few years. The Boro is closed, don't come.

I started about 15 years ago by both taking a sleep supplement (I want to say some combo of valerian root and htp-5 - but this isn't at all necessary) and doing one very simple thing as I fell asleep: repeating "I will lucid dream" in my head. Somehow that level of awareness can carry over to mid-dream.
Over the years I've found other tricks. Here's one of the oddest, yet well known amongst lucid dreamers - try crossing your arms over your chest. Just last night I was in this pose and had insanely vivid lucid dreams over and over. Maybe it is the tactile sensation of your fingers on skin that makes you aware, idk.
If you want to go further and really nail it down, there's a trick - practice your "token action" while awake. It is the thing that makes you aware you are either in a dream or awake. Think of Leo's spinner in Inception. The most common are looking at a clock or phone (because in dreams the time will change or the phone will look different each time you glance at it) or...made famous by Waking Life (great movie I recommend) is flipping a light switch. Light switches don't work in dreams. So...basically practice one of these actions 5, 10, even 20 times a day with the intention and focus of knowing you are awake because things are acting normally. Then you'll increase it happening in dreams, but will become cognizant that you're dreaming. And then off you go doing whatever floats your boat.
Side note - I've found a superior way to fly in dreams, at least for me. Rather than trying to flap your arms or getting a running start, just imagine you have a jetpack on and boost yourself off the ground like a rocket. I've had a lot of success flying for long periods with this.
