That’s not true…. He completed the catch as he went out of bounds….. if he had of fumbled after having two feet down….!it would/should have been ruled incomplete.My biggest gripe is that it's ruled a catch in this scenario in the instant he meets the criteria of touching the ball with two hands while having a toe down, then getting the other foot down.
But that scoop and score was called back because the receiver didn't take a "3rd step" after completing the catch, and therefore it wasn't a completed catch.
If you meet the minimum requirement going out of bounds, then the same requirement should hold when you get your stuff rocked, no?
