They didn't bring up any flops. They did mention the foul on Roach that was switched to Proctor's reach in. And said the Filipkowski charge was a 3 pt play (iirc he lowered his shoulder...charge or block...that is basically always being called a charge)...then some generic thing about us using arm bars and whatever else to not allow them to move off-ball. No examples given, so the perfect ref crying, just throwing out some general statements without proof. But the refs definitely blew a few. Even the Vescovi one I'll stand by...not a foul imo I'd think the offensive player at least has to be able to rip through close to his body. If the defender's face is there...that's his problem.Wonder if they also complained about the 4 or 5 Duke flops that were called against us…
Then they all need to collectively realize there is a year's worth of film on those 3 starters and their tendencies. Got to mix it up better than they have so far. And maybe it is the cold weather, but Dolander and Burns both have little movement on their fastballs so far this year. These better hitters are just sitting and waiting for something in the wheelhouse.Frank Anderson is in control of what we throw.
Tbf to him he hardly said a word of that and was very complimentary of us. It was Greenberg that put on a display over it. He couldn't stop talking about it. Pretty sure he lost a lot of $$$ on the gameBilas is a Duke alum. Played there and I think even coached under Coach K. He's always going to be a biased ass hole.
The elbow to Flopo should have been a foul on Flopo. He was all over AidooIt's such a lazy storyline. Uros trucked filipowski a few times and got called for it. The entire rest of the game wasn't really a football game, it was a normal basketball game except for an accidental elbow on a rebound. People are using 4 plays that were ultra physical and acting like the entire game was like that. It's like if one play caused someone to bleed the entire game must have been a bloodbath. It wasn't that way. It's just a lazy narrative.
...your machine worship sickens me...people will still be doing the programming...so..corruption will still happen.
I got an idea...why don't we hire and train better people and stop injecting corruption into it.
I trust Frank to get them right…. If they don’t have good movement on their best pitches… nothing he can do will help. Then they all need to collectively realize there is a year's worth of film on those 3 starters and their tendencies.
