Just watching these other teams, they seem to be shooting a lot of 3s, from all over.

I give CRB a TON of credit for greatly shifting his offensive philosophy last year and shooting more 3s. It was so drastic to see him open things up. It turned into one of our best regular seasons EVER and our first SEC tourney title in 40 years. Yes we were sunk in the R32 game, but that team's ceiling and ability to win consecutive games was much better than this season.

Jmo but we just have to have the right personnel again and we'll go back to that and be more effective offensively. It just wasn't our team this particular year. CRB is a COACH and plays to his team's strengths. He isn't fitting round pieces into square holes.

Just listened to the A to Z podcast and they made the perfect analogy. Barnes is the Mark Richt (although not quite as successful) of college basketball.

What makes you think Barnes can get the right personnel? Has he ever had it here? And if he did, what did he win with it?

Brian Dutcher is a really high level basketball coach, no matter what happens. I’ve always been impressed with how disciplined his SDSU teams have been. Had a 30-2 team that was poised to make a run a few years back but Corona canceled those hopes.
