Went to the Alabama Spring coaches clinic yesterday and got to watch them practice. Know it was just one practice but:

Millroe looked to be ahead of Simpson. Simpson throws a good ball but he has a long, slow delivery. That being said, neither one of them stood out as leaders. They were often the last ones to move between drills. I think if both were at UT they would be 3 and 4 on the depth chart

DBs are very impressive 1 on 1 but had a number of busts in 7 on 7. LBs looked to be the weakest position group. RBs were not terribly impressive either.

Offense working coming out of the End Zone and QBs got sacked in EZ on back to back play-action passes. Jolly Ole Saint Nick was giving the teenaged OC and the OL Coach a serious butt-chewing.

Coach Steele is a decent guy but he is a colorless robot on the field and does not generate a great deal of energy.

All-in-all watching them made me feel pretty good about our chances this fall.

I hate migraines. I get this spot in my eyes, looks like ive been staring at the sun. It starts in one corner and moves across my field of vision til it disappears on the other side, then. . .

I get that exact thing on occasion. Happens a few times a year. Only thing that does it for me is to immediately go to sleep when the spot starts. 30-minute nap and it’s gone.

Sometimes I can eat something and it stops the headache part. Sometimes I can shock it with a couple Goody's powders and it stops the headache. Sometimes nothing works. Either way, I can't figure out how to stop the thing in my field of vision. I said it looks like ive been staring in the sun. . .but a better description my be that it's like a somewhat curved line that looks like a kaleidoscope. . . kinda like the image below, with a curve, instead of a rectangle. Also, it doesnt stay still like the picture, the colors change back and forth, kinda like a strobe flash. So weird.

It sucks, because wherever it's at, I can't see anything at all behind it. It was a pita trying to type this post. Forget about driving or watching tv, or reading anything for about an hour, til it's gone. . .after that you can see fine, but you don't want to do anything because of the headache. It's not too bad if you stay still, but if you cough or sneeze or bend over, forget about it.

Mine aren't always extremely painful, like a lot of people have, but mine last for 3-4 days sometimes. Thankfully I only get them 3-4 times a year

I get the aura, but rarely any pain. Usually starts mid left, and expands out to the right. Occasionally the pattern is different. I get a few a year. Weird stuff.

I mean if they didn't have Bryce Young last season, that would have been more like 52-24.

Good stuff. And bring me Simpson. I'll take the sacks over a running qb (though we were much improved in that area last year).

Look up scintillating scotoma.

Once again, lol at ESPN having Nico as a 4 star and our ‘22 class being ranked 16th in the country.
I know I was telling my father in law how he was one of the top players and QBs in high school last year. Then they had that stupid graphic of him being the 20 something best. Assholes
