I was initially impressed by his very commanding claps. Sounded like a gunshot every time he wanted the snap. But he did his thing!

I feel great about QB and RB depth/talent.

It was unfortunate that the QBs didn't get our best WRs. I do think that Squirrel and Thornton should have been out there.

I would've liked to see Thornton play a little. They're hyping him up to as good as, or better than, Hyatt

Nico was showing butter touch on some of those throws. His touch is amazing, he's going to be lights out once he knows the offense in and out like Hendon did.

If we didn't have Joe Milton's Orange Bowl on tape, I think a lot of fans would be nervous.

He still holds the ball too long at times.

I remain optimistic about Joe and his development. He didn't have his four best WR today, and it was a scrimmage. Plus he can still throw it a mile.

It was unfortunate that the QBs didn't get our best WRs. I do think that Squirrel and Thornton should have been out there.

I know, right? The top 4 WRs didn't even play 1 down. I would've been a little disappointed today, if I would have spent the money/time to take my family of 4. TN had a lot of high profile players out (on both sides of the ball). I get there's some that have injuries and CJH wanting to be cautious, but the lists I posted earlier was a bunch of starters. That's why the spring game should always be free.

I am really encouraged by our RBs. Most depth at the position in a very long time. I think it will make our vets in that room look a lot better too, plus we have some younger guys that want to eat.

I think we're all rightfully floored by what we saw from Seldon. He's going to be a baller. Pro body, pro speed, if he can continue developing he's going to be one of the best RBs in college football by as early as next year.

So I’m curious - what age range do y’all consider to be middle aged?

When I was 56, my daughter said that I was middle aged.
I explained to her that I would have to live to be 112 for that to be true…she hugged me and said do my best. She expects me to live at least that long because she was born when I was 42… it’s the least that I can do.

She had cried when she asked me what I would like to do when she retired at 65.
She cried because I told her that I would have passed away. (Think 107)… I guess I will get to see many, many more Tennessee football seasons!
