What if March Madness was like this (sans double elimination). Top 4 seeds in each bracket host. Sweet 16 and Elite 8 hosted by the highest seeded of the 4 teams in that regional. Final Four and Final at the annually designated city.

Of course the NCAA would lose some revenue but would be a totally different experience. Women's only hosts the 1st 2 rounds.
