I would expect them to get a transfer QB any day now. They have had two WR transfers now and no whisper of who their signal caller is next year.
You know that Kirby was the one of the coaches along with Saban that offered May who knows how much. We have gotten all of their attention with what CJH has done for our VOLS !!!!

I just don’t get this. Either him or Thomas will not have better stats next year with Bowers and Mitchell there. I’m sure they got NIL money, but I don’t think they develop better there.

Neither Lovett nor Thomas will catch 25 balls all of next season but our luck sees them each catching 10 passes against us.
Only one commit left for them.................5* TE Duce Robinson.

ESD is out of the way. I know everyone is curious about next season. I thought I would go ahead and put out the official accurate depth chart for next season. Addition on one more TE, WR, CB will likely result is a change to the depth chart.

How are we ahead of clemson? Our four stars are just higher ranked four stars than theirs?

Couple things:

1) Our top end is better. Scores are weighted towards the top players in each class. Our top 10 are about .7 better on average (95.2 vs 94.5). And according to the stats GOAT Bill C. this is the way. He's shown how your top 10 recruits are statistically a better predictor of success than averaging out all 25+ recruits.

2) Clemson has TEN ~borderline 4*s (ranked 89-90.9). We only have 3. The absolute delineation between low 4*s/high 3*s can be misleading sometimes and not tell the whole story.

Looks 8-4 on paper...but throw in the Hype effect and our schedule and 9-3 looks realistic.

Honestly...we'll be one of the biggest wildcards all offseason and not a soul will know our eventual trajectory until we see Joe and Nico play in 9 months after more development.

Until then...setting sights on 15-0.

Why does everyone forget about garland @ DT? He is a major contributor

I just don’t get this. Either him or Thomas will not have better stats next year with Bowers and Mitchell there. I’m sure they got NIL money, but I don’t think they develop better there.
When you are 2 games from B2B titles...you start to get the Bama effect going. Guys that just want the best chance to win it all will start coming and let the rest sort itself out. And like Bama...the flood of talent will make each guy look even better than may be reality.

He's getting too old for the NFL

He is def a risk but a GM may take a chance on him if he is talented. While I don’t think he had a stellar NFL career, Chris Weinke entered the league at the young age of 26-27 (something like that).
