It was unreal how fast it went from cold to.....really cold. Everything is frozen because it rained first then started ice pellet kind of snow now it just snow, I have been watching the news and the roads are like a skating rink......my big a$$ is staying in the house if I have anything to say about it.The wind has been insane. I'm in Maury County to your south. Some gusts stronger than our spring wind sheer we've had in the past.
You've got to be kidding me. Dobbs has had more than enough time, he has been on multiple teams, and he has played in the preseason. Dobbs' problem isn't that he hasn't been given a chance. Dobb's problem is that he isn't good enough to earn a spot on the field in a real game.
Obviously, DBH has more football knowledge than any NFL coaching staff.
Luck has zero to do with it.
Me too, guys my size and age hurt something when they fall. The only thing I might do tomorrow is ride around in the side by side.It was unreal how fast it went from cold to.....really cold. Everything is frozen because it rained first then started ice pellet kind of snow now it just snow, I have been watching the news and the roads are like a skating rink......my big a$$ is staying in the house if I have anything to say about it.
The only convo needed with Arik involve his family, his true friends, and hopefully a counselor. I do not know him personally but I fear for the kid. Lots of pressure on him to be the savior for his family and the best player among alpha males. He needs to find peace in himself and perhaps consider a smaller school. Then I hope he gets straight and gets to fulfill his purpose whether football or other.I really hope we atleast have a convo with Arik Gilbert. I wonder if he and Keyton are friends
I’ve played in worse.“It’s football time in Kyrgyzstan!”

That wasn't jr. That was 22 jt stagg. They've went with the Jr bottle for 22.Stagg Jr the only one below secondary. Sad thing is there are people who will pay those prices and those stores know it. Used to be fun going in a few years ago and finding bottles but now any store that puts those out are robbing you. All about who you know now and in the Nashville area it’s almost impossible to get ahead of some of the whales who have stores on lockdown and get the first phone calls.
-VQWe start with the latest commitment and that is Keenan Pili who transfers from BYU. Having met him in person, he is physically mature as you would imagine a 24 year old linebacker should be. He is married and very mature. He kept things quiet and in a rare moment most were caught off guard by his announcement on Wednesday afternoon as Tennessee players met the media. He provides a veteran presence that Brian Jean Mary was looking for with Jeremy Banks and Juwan Mitchell likely heading to play professionally.
Elsewhere in the portal, look for Tennessee to host Oregon wide receiver transfer Dont’e Thornton in early January. He has been talking to the Vols a good bit in the last week and the interest seems to be from both directions. Miami is also working on Thornton but he has a strong appreciation for the top offense in college football. The rest of the transfer recruiting board has taken a hit. Mississippi State transfer Rara Thomas and Missouri receiver transfer Dominic Lovett are both heading to Georgia. Kent State receiver Devontez Walker is heading to North Carolina.
Miami transfer offensive tackle John Campbell has been in contact with Tennessee. He and Josh Heupel were supposed to talk over the break and we could definitely see an early January visit.
The same goes for South Carolina transfer Marshawn Lloyd, who has been talking to Jerry Mack on a regular basis. Southern Cal has expressed interest in him along with Maryland and Georgia. We aren’t sure Georgia is a major player here but they are worth paying attention to in terms of maybe at least a visit.
Did they have any Boones Farm....I prefer TJ Swann but I would settleWeller 12 was $249.
Stagg was $179
The Weller cypb was $799
Elemer T Lee was $249
Pappy 10 was $800 or maybe $899.
Pappy 12 was $1199
Pappy 15 was $1799
That's all I recall.
Don't hold me to those. That's from memory but it's close.
As far as stories about Brushy Mtn.....not really. My papaw never talked about that stuff with me. My dad told me he was always ashamed about that part of his life so he didn't bring it up. Only thing my dad told me about my papaws time there was that he saw one guy decapitate another inmate with a pick axe while they were doing some work inside of mine.
Boone’s Farm? WTH???Did they have any Boones Farm....I prefer TJ Swann but I would settle

Damn dude, I feel like I'm splurging when I lay down for Woodford Reserve or Buffalo Trace.@mrMet and all my bourbon junkies.
Stopped by a spirits store that's a little out of my way. They had Pappy, 10, 12, and 15. They had George T Stagg, Elmer T Lee, all the Wellers. Picked up these two.
