We made a switch back in April/May to a system called Prompt. Really wasn’t too terrible, just a lot of learning curves while still actively treating and can be overwhelming at times
Yep totally get that! It is difficult especially for the clients since they have day jobs as well. I try to lay out my timelines with that in mind.

TiL George Washington died before the first dinosaur bones were discovered.

That fact is crazy to me somehow. I mean, they literally didn't know about these humongous monsters that dominated the earth millions of years ago.

I can only imagine the reaction if the first bones had been discovered with social media around 😅

That factoid is somewhat misleading tho. The first recorded fossil discovery (well scientific ones) was in the 1600s and there were more in the 1700s but by and large the fossils were written off as giant birds, biblical monsters and that sort of thing. They didn't understand that these were pre-historic bones or grasp how crazy old they were or even know what animals/reptiles they were from but someone as worldly as Washington might've know about giant bones having been discovered and whatever the latest theory on them was.

But yeah, it's not until the mid to late 1800s that people became aware of dinosaurs (I believe that's why there's a whole dinosaur bone trophy hunting achievement set in Red Dead Redemption lol) but fossils and the like had been found prior to that time frame.

I went to camp for burn injured children, got Covid, behind at work because of Camp and Covid. Had multiple meetings everyday during that week and 1/2. I hate meetings as I am a physician not an administrator, but somehow I am on multiple committees. Last Friday, flew to Orlando for my daughter’s last dance competition. We found out that she didn’t dance until Monday, so Friday night we went to Cirque du Soleil (Disneyish), Saturday we went to Universal Studios, Sunday we went to Disney. My daughter spent Sundae with her dance friends at the Magic Kingdom and my son and I geeked out at the Star Wars area of Hollywood Studios. I know that Disney gets a bad rap on here, but hands down the Disney experience beat the hell out of Universal. The Disney employees all seemed happy and were very friendly and helpful. The Universal employees were mostly brusque and not friendly. They seemed put out by the weather. The Hulk roller coaster and the Velocicoaster were awesome.
Everyone seems to have some residual issues after Covid, my taste for water has changed. I used to be able to handle any water from the faucet. The Orlando water was nasty to me, but not to my kids…

This has been fun, but bittersweet as this could be the last time that I get to watch my daughter dance. I have to admit that I have cried so many times. Pretty much every dance ends in joyous tears. She’s such a joy to watch. Her dance talent is a true gift from the Lord.

With all that going on, I haven’t had much time for VolNation.
My group is switching to a new Electronic Medical Record. I’m one of the physician superusers. I’m also now the lead compliance officer for the physicians. I shied away from all the group responsibilities when my kids were younger. Now that they are 18 and 21, I am stepping up so that the docs with younger children can spend more time with their kids. I’m trying to be a good guy, but I’m getting screwed time wise.

Have missed y’all.
But I will definitely be here for

15-0 🤠
You're a good man doc-----hope Covid wasn't too tough on you

I don't know anything about him beyond what that article stated about him but it sounds like he has serious anger issues. And at some level he's aware of it since he tried the pay the man after he'd smacked him. But this also isn't the first time for him and he's not a some green kid at 29 years old. At that age, you have got to have your ish together. He's lucky he ever had a career at all given what he did in college (a few years later and I don't think he skates as easy).

Aren't those the 2 guys that many of the delusional posters in this forum think are going to be quickly relegated to backup duty this season?
Who said that??? Jabari and Jaylen will be the workers of run offense,Sampson maybe used like a Kamara on 3rd down but I'm an recliner coach jmo

Well, let me see...

I mean... That's not even our best 2 RBs, but ok.

...and take note of the number of people already liking that post.

I know. That is why I called them delusional posters. This is just a small sampling of them so far. There are a lot of people in the recruiting forum that have been saying one or both of them will be replaced in the two deep.

Glad to see you back, Doc. My hospital just went through an EMR change and I too am a super user/subject matter expert. Shewie is all I can say. Good luck with the conversion, sir.

Delusional is kinda harsh don't you think?? I like to say very opinionated individuals who have a right to state what they believe will transpire this season!!!!

Everybody has a right to say whatever they want. I choose to say that anyone thinking a true freshman running back is going to supplant two third year SEC running backs that are both coming off strong second years in the program are delusional. BTW, they're not even referring to Sampson either. They're saying that true freshman Cameron Seldon will supplant one of them.

Jmo and just being honest.

Heupel's system is GOAT for running backs. If you put those 2 (Sampson may be explosive anywhere) in other systems, they'd be good, but not elite. My genuine opinion. It's the balance of respecting and applauding the players, but also admitting the elite-ness of our system.

Iow - I don't see Small or Wright as getting drafted tbh...and yet I also believe they and Sampson could be a top-5 efficient running duo this Fall. We've had some monsters come through UT...but rarely have our top 2-3 rushers averaged yards like these guys under Heupel have...and he did this year after year after freakin year at UCF and Mizzou too......

welcome to the gloryland of HypeBall! Where you have to explain being too good at what you do (see: Jalin Hyatt 😅)

Believing you are right no matter how stupid your opinion is...is what delusion is.

People have a right..hell, at this point our society rewards and encourages delusion...to be as delusional as they please.

We also have the right to call stupid opinions what they are...delusional.

Logic and common sense such as this will not be tolerated! 🤨

Someone that understands freedom of speech 🤔

You can say (almost) anything you want without the government throwing you in jail...but along with that right, the rest of us get you drag you...and others get to drag us for dragging you...and so on...and that, folks, is freedom of speech 🤣
