People like to say Levis was a great value pick at the top of the second round. There's a reason he fell that far. Is it value or just that the Titans were the team dumb enough to draft him? Personally, I think it may have been the dumbest decision in the draft. Maybe I'll be proven wrong. But nothing in his college career makes me think he'll be good.
