Ulysees, as I lay down my Dark Brandon mug.

I do want to ask you a serious question. Thinking of loading up the Griswolds into the family truckster.

Grand Canyon/Yosemite?

Yellowstone/Targhee?
Ohh...that's a tough question for me..Greater Yellowstone region is my favorite place on earth..but you've been there a lot, so if I was you I'd probably do YNP and GCNP. You can also catch Valley of Fire Nevada state park just outside of Vegas and Death Valley NP on the way from the GC to Yosemite or vice versa.

So. . . this guy tell me that you only have to workout your biceps when doing arms. He claims that all the other muscles will grow proportionately to the biceps (Triceps, forearms, etc). Is this guy smoking crack or is this somewhat true?
Not only is that 150,000% false. Its a great way to rupture your bicep. My brother was barefoot skiing last summer, and he tore his. It was so extensive that his shoulder, chest and arms were black. Docs told him it was a matter of time. Result of age, overtraining, and wrong place at wrong time.

I would say that if you cross train in a gym, your biceps will get more than enough exercise. I would say train them once a week.

If you want suggestions on getting massive arms, watch Pumping Iron. When Im not reading 3-4th grade books, I alternate with Arnold's autobiography. The guy literally could write a book on arm training.

The arnold arm workout is so simple, yet so effective its the standard for arm exercises. Go to gym, start at 5 lb dumbell curls, work all way to your max and down again. Do this 3 times.

Just realized that this is a cool story bro moment.

Feel free to add the Uncle Rico gif

I want to share Yellowstone with my family. But because of that special connection, I want my son to remember it. He's only 4.

Yeah...I get that. I will add..the Grand Canyon at first sight will blow any kids mind.

If you decide on Yosemite...remember that niw you have to apply for a vehicle entry permit for the days you want to visit between May and Oct (I think those are the months, they may have changed that now so check out the official YNP website to be sure)

Thanks to your commie gubmint..sorry couldn't resist 😉

Don't even like the Braves but Acuna is pretty close to being Rickey Henderson in this era.... Rickey still better at stealing bases that is what separates the two imo....
Acuna is probably a pretty good speed-power comp.

Acuna looks to have more pop. And might be the better defender too.
Rickey was probably better on the bases.

lol. it's true. but it protects our most precious resource.

Cheetah/Eagle hybrid that @frank has available for rides at his BBQ's. You have to have a certain number of unchecked notifications to get an invite. No @Weezer allowed, so that is another benefit.

As the Dalai Lama, I'm at every VN event. It's just that my cousin Squatch has taught me to hide in plain sight.
