Usually throw out all previous performances in rivalry games. I hate betting on them. I wouldn't be surprised if Florida plays like the greatest team of all time, the '01 Hurricanes. . .

I’m so glad he had absolutely no interest in us. Remember being bummed about that fact.

Another coach that I pushed for that would have been a disaster. I think the only coach that I advocated for in the last hiring cycle that’s any good is Leipold (though the Gus Bus is doing better in Orlando than I expected).

situated on a peninsula in N California - Stamford, er Stanford University - one of the top private research institutions in the US and the World. Will join the Pacific...er the Atlantic Coast Conference. AHHH that classic cross Country Wake-Stanford Rivalry.

Nearly neighbors, in a way that's like it is, but different. Wake and Stamford last met in 2010 in a closely won contest, 68-24. These natural rivals, have also met on the baseball field of late. Which makes sense, since a Friday night match would be quick bite and coffee, traversing only 2750 miles - or, 39 hours in a team bus. Plenty of time to check your phone and catch up on all the goings ons.

People in this thread laughing at Florida about how bad they are (which is true) but we all know two weeks from now they’ll magically play their best game of the year when we come to town. All the worst Florida teams play their best game of the season against us.
