13 men was against LSU. UNC in Music City Bowl was the false start that gave UNC time to set the play and run it to get out of bounds and in FG range…to my recollection. Led to the rule change that required a 10 second runoff.

Why does south Carolina have the Clemson "c" on their helmet?

They insist they're 'Carolina' whereas NC insists they're 'Carolina.' Personally, outside of the football angle I've never heard South Carolina referred to as Carolina. Carolina has always meant NC. The same C is in the Rooster helmet, you just don't notice it unless you're really looking.
